One thing that has always helped me when it comes to being productive is planning out my content. I am not sure if it was due to my experience and mindset going into this boutique business but I have been planning my content since June 2017. I realized very early on that I needed all the time I could get and in order to do that I needed to have some systems in place. I started off using Buffer to schedule my Instagram content 3-7 days ahead of time. Eventually, I evolved into 2 weeks and currently, 30 days ahead of time!
It totally makes me feel so accomplished and like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders because my social media content has been planned and will be posted without me having to lift another finger! When it comes to planning out your content, you have to create a content calendar, pick out your scheduler and create content buckets/themes! Now, this all may sound like a lot so below, here is a graphic I created that you can see an example of how to start off planning when you have never done so and/or you have another job to focus on.
