From Lost to Bauce: Learn Boutique Business Basics

Just because you have a website, an Instagram page with a few thousand followers and some wholesale trendy clothing does NOT make you a boutique owner!⠀

If you know NOTHING or the bare minimum about the boutique business you are nothing more than a clothes hustler! You're just out here slangin clothes and a fraud.⠀

In order to be a BAUCE (boss with the sauce), you HAVE to know your business!

Do you know how to price for profit? Do you know who your customer is? Do you know how to purchase merchandise your customer will like and not just what you see other popular boutiques sell? Do you know how to brand correctly? Do you know how to track inventory or expenses? Do you know what your conversion is and if it's good or bad? Do you know your highest traffic sources?? Do you know how to manage your time??

Were you able to confidently answer yes to all or most of those questions? Be honest. If not, you aren't a BAUCE, hate to break it to you!⠀
